DealerDawg finds your exact right car, then negotiates the out-the-door price for you — taxes, fees, everything. One flat fee, quoted upfront. We work for you, never the dealer.
The haggling, the waiting, the "let me talk to my manager" — the average dealership visit eats an entire day and still leaves money on the table. We take all of that off your plate and hand back one clean number.
Whether you know the exact VIN or only know the feeling you want, the path ends the same way: the right car at a price you couldn't get alone.
Free for everyone: a few sharp questions about your location, budget, needs and wants. We build your best-fit shortlist — specific models, trims, and realistic out-the-door targets. (Full Service unlocks Ideal Ride Pro, our in-depth intake.)

Upload my listing →DealerDawg is a father and son who have been buying cars — our own, and everyone else's who was smart enough to ask — since the day we could drive ourselves. What started as a family obsession with never overpaying became a craft: knowing what a car should actually cost, and knowing exactly how to get there.
When you hire us, you're family. We act as your fiduciary — your interests are the only interests in the deal. We don't work for any dealer, we don't take dealer money, and we never will. Every dollar we fight for is yours, and every number we negotiate is shown to you in full. Always on your side. That's the whole business.
Survey or listing link — either way we lock in exactly what you want, down to trim and color.
You approve the car and our flat fee before anything starts. The fee never changes mid-deal.
We put our dealer network to work for you — and hand you a signed-ready out-the-door price.
At the table you photograph the paperwork before signing. We review it against your Deal Sheet in minutes and say CLEAR TO SIGN — or handle the dealer ourselves. How it works →
Every tier is a one-time flat fee, never a cut of the deal, so our only incentive is driving your number down. And the promise is simple: we hand you a signed-ready out-the-door deal sheet on the car you approved — or your fee comes back in full. No fine print gymnastics. We deliver the deal, or we haven't earned the fee.
Our goal on every deal is savings worth multiples of our fee — factory rebates and incentives most buyers never find, junk fees and forced add-ons stripped out before you ever see paper, and the negotiation itself, run across multiple dealers at once.
Sticker was $64,000. We got the dealer to $59,000 out-the-door — signed, in writing. Then he went to wire the money, and the finance department decided that $59,000 had actually been the price before taxes, tags and fees. The number came back at $65,000.
Out-the-door means everything in. That was the entire deal. We stepped in, and he paid the $59,000 we negotiated — not a dollar more.
Note the timing: after the price was agreed and the offer signed, at the last possible moment.
A black Ford Bronco Heritage, listed at $54,000. We brought it to $52,000 out-the-door with extras included. A genuinely strong deal — and then the finance office quoted him 9.3% over 72 months, with excellent credit, and could not explain why.
So we sent him to an outside lender, came back with 5.39%, and the dealer had to match it to keep the deal.
Same truck, same price, $7,070 less interest over the term. That's the money nobody argues about at the table, because it's buried in a rate instead of a price.
Both of these happened after the price was agreed. That's not a coincidence — it's where the margin gets taken back. How Signing Day Watch works →
Ask us about a car, a price you were quoted, or how any of this works. You'll get a straight answer from one of us — not a call center, not a bot.
